Customers can exchange their order within 7 days of order delivery. 

NO RETURN POLICY.

You can exchange the product if you have any problem with size or color.

Menscotch will not entertain claims for damage, shortages etc., under any circumstances, after delivery has been accepted by the Party. Only Manufacturing defects will be entertained.

Menscotch shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the shipment if it is caused due to act of God, shipper fault, Force Majeure occurrence of any cause beyond the control of Menscotch including strikes, riots, political and other disturbances, fire, accident of the vehicle carrying the goods, explosions, extremist act, bandh, floods etc.


Exchange Policy

We have an Exchange Policy only for our clothing items for Size, Colour and damage issue.

All exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of goods by the customer.

Please email us at [email protected] informing us of your intention to exchange before sending anything back.

If you are unhappy with the Size of the apparel ordered, you can exchange it for another Size provided the required size is in stock with us and the exchangeable items are in their original condition, in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions and are in resalable condition.

For items being exchanged, we will arrange for a ‘Return Pick up and Exchange’ for Pin-codes where this service is available. For Pin codes not serviced by this facility, the customer will have to courier the items back to us. Once we receive the item to be exchanged, we will courier the requested exchange product/s to the Customer.

Defective merchandise will be replaced / exchanged with new merchandise of the same size/style as the defective merchandise based on stock availability.

The item/s to be returned should be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Discounted and Sale items cannot be returned. Once we receive the product/s, the amount to the extent of the value of the product being returned will be added to the Customer’s Bank account as a refund.

Refunds will be provided only if we are unable to provide a replacement/exchange of the product in case the product is damaged or defective. Refund will not be provided in case the product is disliked by the customer. no exchange/refund shall be made. Returns/Exchange Policy. This will be ascertained at our sole discretion.

*For items on Sale, discounted Items and items on Special Offers, we do not accept any exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Towels and innerwears

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
